WWII/Early Cold War Era US Navy Signal Flag "6" (Smaller)

Here is a US Navy Signal Flag. The flag is a small half black/half white pennant. The signal flag is for the number “6”, which can be used to indicate fleet, division number, nautical miles, etc.
I pin it around WWII/Early Cold War because the material it’s made out of, cloth, is indicative of materials that would’ve been used at the time.
